How to prepare it
For traditional preparation, moisten the leaf, position the bombilla and add approximately 70โ80ยฐC water. Refill while the flavour lasts. For a French press, steep one tablespoon per cup for 3โ5 minutes. For iced Matรฉ, brew stronger, cool and serve over ice.

Both contain caffeine. This set offers the distinctive traditional Yerba Matรฉ ritual, but total caffeine still depends on quantity and repeated refills.
