10/10 service. My package was damaged when I received it, I sent them photos and videos of the damage and they sent a replacement in under 10mins. Definitely will be coming back for the great service

I contacted Nature's Pharmatropia via Whatsup to ask a question and within a few minutes they answered my question and directed me to their website. I had difficulty finding the correct product and asked on the Whatsup again for assistance and was helped. Their customer service is excellent and with in a few days I received my products and I am very satisfied.

I love the raw cacao. It's really ceremonial quality and as a facilitator, it's great to have the opportunity ro buu from a company whose energy aligns with what I require. I used the Blue Lotus Anointing Oil , I purchased from you directly ,together with a Blue Lotus Tincture made by you but purchased elsewhere, combined with a Lotus Tea and another Blue Lotus Oil brand in a sacred tea brewed for a Sacred Egyptian Ceremony of Self-Initiation. It was phenomenal to inhale the gorgeous aromas and tastes of the tea itself and it certainly worked wonderfully as a magical tool transporting one into higher realms of existence and mediation. The blue lotus tincture is one of the best remedies I have encountered. Since using it, I have found it easier to ground and to remember to be in the moment. It is calming and soothing. I dont know if it is an intended effect but I have also found that I actually feel happier since I started using it. I can highly recommend this tincture for anyone who is experiencing high levels of stress or finding it difficult to cope.

Honestly, this is 1st time I’ve met a seller who is willing to put time aside (at no charge!) to hear exactly what my issues are so that she can thoroughly guide me to get the best possible natural product vs what I’ve encountered before: oh try this and if that doesn’t work, come back and try something else. Lize is honest. Thorough. And her products are without question, top quality. Previously, I was forced to purchase via a herbalist who imported his products from Germany due to his local supply being mass produced and of poor quality. Lize’s products are local and carefully, responsibly harvested with utmost respect and the evidence is in the results her products bring. I’m no longer needing to schlep to Gordans Bay for imported products. And may I just add: the hormone harmony product, in particular, has worked wonders for menopause!!

High quality ingredients and super powerful herbs. Lize knows her stuff and I like that she responsibly sources her ingredients. I had been purchasing my products from Germany, prior to covid, and was so blessed to be referred to Natures Pharmatropia. I now no longer need to order from overseas to just to get quality products.
