I’ve been using this with the lotus tintcures to lucid dream. Then I decided to give it a try for my anxiety and let me tell you, placing a few drops under my tongue…a few minutes later my anxiety eased. I couldn’t believe it. But it actually happened. The slight ache I get in my chest because of the anxiety disappeared. This is my new go-to for my anxiety. THANKS!
