SCELETIUM
Sceletium tortuosum (Mesembryanthemaceae), commonly known as kanna or kougoed, is an effective indigenous medicinal plant in South Africa, specifically to the native San and Khoikhoi tribes.
Today, the plant has gained strong global attraction and reputation due to its capabilities to promote a sense of well-being by relieving stress with calming effects. I have used sceletium for years from various sources and this is hands down the best quality I have ever used. This tincture is especially great because it’s easier to fine tune your dosage. You will get different benefits depending on dose and people can be uniquely sensitive. I would recommend this first before trying the capsules.
